Hi all!
As Pat mentioned below, our first picnic trial is on November 4th. We will also be holding our Annual General Meeting that day. We'll be meeting at the pavillion, registration to begin at 9 am, stakes to start at 9:30.
After the stakes are finished, we'll adjourn to the pavillion for lunch and our AGM. Lunch will be a barbecue, and lunch is free for members. If members could please bring salads and/or sides for lunch, it would be much appreciated as it will be a huge help to our dedicated chef!
